Before: The graphics were unclear, spaces were unclear in the real world, and sharing was limited.

After: Chase Boone improved the graphics with acutal pictures of the spaces, numbered the spaces with laminated, colored numbers that coorespond to the layout graphic, and added the Excel sheet to the Grad Microsoft Team files for easier sharing.
