Textbook: Giancoli, Physics for Scientists and Engineers with Modern Physics, Fifth Edition.

These resources contain lecture slides and pdf's, worked out examples and practice test problems for the courses in the MSU PH22xx series.

I've made several passes through the material to correct errors but it's possible (likely!) that minor errors remain.
